Most clients participate for 8-12 weeks, but treatment length is individualized based on clinical assessment and progress.
You will attend three 3-hour sessions per week including group therapy, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention planning.
We work with most major insurance providers, including MaineCare/Medicaid, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Tricare. Our team can verify your benefits and discuss any out-of-pocket costs before you begin treatment.
Yes. Your treatment information is protected by federal confidentiality laws, including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA. We do not share your information without your written consent, except in rare situations required by law.
Your first visit focuses on getting to know you and understanding your needs. You’ll complete intake paperwork and meet with a clinician for a comprehensive assessment so we can recommend the most appropriate level of care.
